The Boys and Leaders of Pack 895 Welcome You!

All boys entering 1st through 5th grade (ages 6-10) are welcome to join our pack.

We are a very active pack with enthusiastic, fully trained leaders who believe that Cub Scouts is a journey that must be shared by the boy, his leaders, and his parents. We strive to provide activities that develop a boy's sense of family, community, faith and self-worth. These fun experiences include camping, games, hiking, model building, campfires and so much more!!

Recharter Fees

Posted on Dec 31 2014 - 10:10am

The recharter fee is $5o per scout, $25 for each registered adult leader. Leaders bring a copy of your youth protection certificate. Please pay our fees and turn in attached recharter form to renew your yearly registration. The Boy Scouts of America (BSA) requires each Scouting unit - whether Pack, Troop, Team, Crew, Ship, or Post - to renew its Charter annually. This assures that the Chartered Organization still is using Scouting's programs to serve youth and assures that the unit roster is up to date at least once a year. We refer to this annual renewal as "RECHARTERING". Pack 895 is currently in the process of rechartering for the 2015 calendar year. We are updating our rosters of registered scouts and leaders as well as collecting the yearly rechartering fee. You may already know this fee includes registration, insurance, and your scout's Boy's Life magazine subscription for the 2015 calendar year. Please let Erika Forbes, membership chair, know if you plan to continue with Pack 895 for 2015. We intend to complete this process before the January leaders meeting and the council deadline. Thank you for your assistance in this process and for payment of your rechartering fee. Recharter form is attached for you to print.
