The Boys and Leaders of Pack 895 Welcome You!

All boys entering 1st through 5th grade (ages 6-10) are welcome to join our pack.

We are a very active pack with enthusiastic, fully trained leaders who believe that Cub Scouts is a journey that must be shared by the boy, his leaders, and his parents. We strive to provide activities that develop a boy's sense of family, community, faith and self-worth. These fun experiences include camping, games, hiking, model building, campfires and so much more!!

Pack Camp Stove won at auction using Scout Bucks

Pack 895 now has a camp stove to use on camping trips. Thank you to the leaders who earned us Scout Bucks by attending Highlander District Roundtable meetings. The Scout Bucks were used to buy the camp stove at the annual auction held during the district awards dinner in January. See the committee chair to use the stove for a den event.

go to FREE Pinewood Derby Car templates  remember to only use official BSA Pinewood Derby Car Kits, read the Pack and District Pinewood Derby Rules before you begin. If you didn't get your car kit from Santa in December, stop by SAUMC on Monday nights from 6 to 7 pm to pick up your official BSA Pinewood Derby Car Kit.

Pinewood Derby time to get ready!

Time to get your cars ready for the race in February! Consider attending the pinewood derby workshop at the Scout Shop this Saturday. Pack 895  and District Pinewood Derby rules are in the files section of this website. Adults and siblings of scouts can enter too! First and second place speed winners for each rank advance to the district pinewood derby. Winners for design also attend the district pinewood derby. Registration for the pack derby is free! Be sure to sign up for this event.
